Tiny Puffer is our small annual plan: 1 GB NVMe SSD storage, 100 GB monthly bandwidth, one website, and DirectAdmin. It costs $5 USD for a 12-month term, rather than $5 each month. Domain registration is separate.
What does unmetered storage actually mean?
The Mighty Puffer plan does not have a fixed GB storage quota for normal website use. It shares server resources with other accounts and is subject to our fair use policy. It is not a backup drive, file archive, or unlimited CPU and RAM allocation.
Is this DirectAdmin or cPanel hosting?
All four plans use DirectAdmin. You can manage everyday hosting tasks in its control panel. HostPuffer is an independent provider; DirectAdmin is a third-party product.
Do I need to own a domain?
You can bring a domain from your preferred registrar. A domain name is not included in the advertised hosting price. Your hosting activation details will explain how to point your domain to your account.
Which plan should I start with?
Tiny Puffer suits a small single website with modest storage and traffic. Little Puffer gives you 5 GB with monthly billing. Happy Puffer doubles the space to 10 GB. Choose Mighty Puffer if your website needs unmetered storage within shared hosting fair use.
Can I order or log in yet?
Plan buttons let you review your selection. When our billing portal is connected and ordering opens, checkout and account access will be available through this site. A selection in this preview is not an order, and no payment is taken.
